So I guess this is a thing now. Blended beverages on Mugs and Makeovers. Who would have thought? Well, here we go. Another shake recipe. I have to say, this Green Banana-Nutella Shake is my go-to drink recipe. It tastes like the classic flavor combination of bananas and Nutella, but has the nutritional boost of spinach. Ew, gross. No it’s not gross. You can’t even taste the spinach (it’s like magic!). I am not one of those people who like green juices or juices made solely with vegetables because I mean, ew. It’s like bitter and blechy. So trust me on this one: this shake is sweet and tastes nothing like spinach. You have to try it!
This recipe is so simple. All I really have to say is dump everything into that blender of yours and blend it until oblivion. But I really should write something philosophical and meaningful since this post is really short. However, I’m not a deep and philosophical person so too bad for you. So here you go. Here is a shake. Make it.
Green Banana-Nutella Shake
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 c. spinach
- 1/2 c. – 1 c. milk of choice
- 1 Tbsp Nutella
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
