Chocolate isn’t just for dessert anymore. Chocolate can add depth of flavor, a hint of bitterness, and an extra somethin’-somethin’ to any savory dish when applied correctly. So why not combine two of the most extraordinary foods into one? This, ladies and gentlemen, is a match made in Heaven. Say “hello” to Chocolate and Fried Chicken’s baby, and don’t plan on saying “bye” anytime soon!

But anyway…. My point is microwave mug cakes don’t have to be just for dessert. They have every right to be at the breakfast table too! Think about it, they’re quick and super easy to make. So I have taken the liberty to create a Microwave Chocolate Tropical French Toast in a Mug (I know, I shouldn’t have). This French toast in a mug is a complete breakfast. You’ll be getting fiber from the whole wheat bread, protein from the egg, calcium from the milk, and vitamins from the fruit! (But don’t worry. If you’re freaked about it being healthy, I added chocolate. No worries, bro.)
